A complex challenge with developing needs and a desire to grow through emerging channels, they were experiencing pain from multiple areas of change.
The challenge
Rapidly approaching the launch date for a new technology platform and a change in their domain name, Tender Loving Cuisine (TLC meals) wanted to launch and then focus their energy on digital marketing.
They had aspirations of growth in new areas both for their consumer business and for their Business To Business relationships.
Initially engaged to support some digital marketing activities, we quickly identified the risk of traffic loss and customer experience impacts they faced with the launch of their new platform. This new platform was focused on back office activities and the impacts to the digital experience had not been considered in detail.
The approach
We rapidly turned our focus to ensuring that the new website launch would minimise the impact to both customer experience and search traffic.We then turned our focus to multiple threads;- Recruitment & Oversight of a product management resource.

The results
improved SEO Health from initial report of 64% to 80% for initial launch and then to 93% through continuous improvement activities.
Issues resolved (504 Errors, 1692 warnings, 1126 notices) to improve the overall SEO health of the website.
Of all traffic for this website was coming through from Organic Search post our engagement.
