The challenge
Arguably, nothing is more competitive when it comes to online and tourism. And as a single provider attracting domestic, interstate and even overseas tourists, offering a contemporary digital experience with streamlined bookings; as well as being found in search, was a must
Seeking their next stage of growth, Quad Bike King engaged the product agency to advise on and execute a rapid rebuild of their website including integrations into their booking systems. The work required was end-to-end, especially around migrating and improving upon their SEO which was critical to bookings and sales.
The approach
With time being of the essence, after initial data and analytics analysis, it was a matter of utilising the existing (at the time) website as a benchmark and rapid prototyping. We prototyped and designed in an iterative approach allowing the UX, design and content to be produced simultaneously, greatly cutting down on time and mistakes.
The site was integrated with a third-party booking system, optimised and a migration plan deployed.
