The challenge
With recent macro economic events having an impact on the industry and providing a change to the segments that Multipli serviced, an update to their website and marketing collateral was required to reflect these changes.
A program of work was commenced to update offline collateral along with digital assets and refresh the user experience and aesthetic of the website. This website needed to cater to new segments in markets like Australia, whilst not alienating their core business targets in markets like the USA.
The approach
Two streams of work were initially created to support some offline activities in B2B marketing whilst in parallel delivering a refresh to their user experience and website platform.
The website elements were able to be demonstrated as a fully functional MVP within 6 weeks of kick-off.
Work expanded to replace the underlying technology stack for the website and make updates to their digital marketing and offline marketing collateral including emails, banners, and social marketing, amongst other assets.
A program of work was established to further improve the natural search engine rankings and deliver content that is engaging for multiple markets.
