The challenge
A digital start-up with a unique idea and an established customer interest through social media, MobileyMe were rethinking their approach to market for product and technology
They needed some experience to navigate the complexities of patents, the nuances of feature prioritisation, and support to ensure they had a coherent technology approach.
They approached us with a limited budget to help validate their concept and conduct a technology feasibility and to provide a high level solution architecture. This work fed into their capital raising efforts and our role was expanded to provide overall Product leadership, User Experience, and Design capabilities.
The approach
Initially engaged to provide some leadership through the target features for launch and technology viability. We supported their application and expansion of patents in multiple jurisdictions.
We continue to lead their product function and have delivered their needs from User Experience & Design.
Our role expanded to support the development of their mobile application, working with their technology vendor of choice and leading the organisation of an agile delivery to get them a functional minimum viable product.
The results
High Level features defined, assessed for feasibility, and prioritised for inclusion within the target launch application.
Development Sprints executed and coordinated across the various stakeholders to deliver incremental product change.
Functional "Minimum Viable Product" candidate for release and demonstrations to potential investors
