The challenge

As an established business with a customer centric approach, DANS are now focused on continuity of growth by reaching more people in need and becoming more digitally engaged.
They needed expertise in digital marketing, namely search engine optimisation and pay-per-click advertising to further compete against some of the larger, nationwide operators that perhaps do not share the customer focused passion that DANS pride themselves upon.
In turn, they approached us with a desire to achieve a very specific outcome; drive net-new acquisition of additional customers online. As a medium sized business, the challenge was to maximise the budget to ensure results were obtained rapidly and each hour spent working on the website would yield tangible results.

The approach

We supported their growth desires with a structured approach to search engine optimisation (SEO) that significantly improved their website’s ability to rank for key terms and phrases. This included auditing the existing website, identifying key improvement areas, and rapidly implementing said improvements to immediately begin growing their natural organic traffic in search engines.
This has resulted in significant improvements to their page one rankings for key phrases.
Our role then expanded to support them with managing pay-per-click advertising. Working to target key areas they service, with a differentiated value proposition, we were successfully able to drive conversions for them resulting in unprecedented levels of net-new customer acquisition through the website.
The campaign we ran (and continue to run to this day!) is now the leading source of acquisition, acting as a tap for new enquiries to come in daily.
